September 30, 2015 -- (Bloomberg) -- These days Facebook likes are more valuable to an adventure athlete than being on a magazine cover. But to get those likes, athletes need to do more than just dominate their sport. They need to be able to film themselves. Every year GoPro holds a training camp to teach their sponsored athletes how to shoot, edit, and promote video of themselves doing some of the most extreme and dangerous sports out there. This year's camp was in Banff, Alberta and Bloomberg went to see how athletes are learning to grab the world's attention with videos. (Video by Drew Beebe, Adam Wolffbrandt, Ryo Ikegami)
